On completion of this interactive learning program, you will be able to:

  1. Analyze a complex case history on Food Allergy with reference to current Web based medical information

  2. Describe the natural history of allergic symptoms related to IgE-mediated Food Allergy commencing in childhood

  3. Select and interpret correctly appropriate diagnostic tests for suspected Food Allergy

  4. Develop a management plan including dietary advice for a patient with IgE-mediated Food Allergy

  5. Plan the most appropriate treatment for a child at risk from anaphylaxis
